Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 2 seeks time to file
reply in terms of order passed on last date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that
revisionist be also directed to file an affidavit to the effect that
document brought on record by the revisionist alongwith list of
documents dated 23.10.2024, which has been supplied to the
revisionist by respondent no.2 before the Hon’ble Delhi High
Court.
Perusal of document filed by revisionist shows that
document was filed without any affidavit.
Let affidavit regarding relevancy of the document as
well as source of document be filed by the revisionist within 10
days from today with advance copy to other side.
Put up for filing reply by respondent no. 2, affidavit by
the revisionist and final arguments on 16.12.2024 at 2 pm.
