Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 1 seeks time to
address arguments on the queries raised by the Court during the
Course of arguments and submits that respondent no. 1 has already
resigned and documents as well as record pertaining to the case are
in the custody of respondent no. 2.
Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 submits
that respondent no. 1 may approach respondent no. 2 through
proper channel by seeking necessary information in writing and
necessary information pertaining to the present case shall be
furnished.
Request for adjournment is vehemently opposed by
Ld. Counsel for revisionist on the ground that several
opportunities have been granted to the respondent no. 1 to address
arguments. Last and final opportunity is granted to the respondent
no. 1 to address arguments.
Respondent no. 1 is at liberty to approach respondent
no. 2 through written communication and copy of written
communication, if any shall also be shared with the ld. Counsel for
respondent no. 2 as well. It is made clear that no

further adjournment shall be granted in the matter and the matter
shall be heard and decided finally on NDOH.
