Sh. C.S. Tyagi, Ld. LAC for accused has appeared
before the court.
Ld. LAC Sh. C.S. Tyagi has filed a letter dated
06.05.2025 for DLSA East as per which he has been appointed as
a legal aid counsel in this matter on behalf of accused Jugal who
is said to be in Jail.
Ld. LAC for accused further submits that accused
Jugal is in JC in some other FIR and he shall represent the
Accused in this matter.
The note in the letter mentions that accused is lodged
in Central Jail No. 13 in Mandoli.
Ld. LAC is directed to get in touch of the accused and
furnished the details of the FIR under which the accused is

lodged so that the production warrants may be issued for the
accused.
In this case, the order passed earlier in the morning for
statement of Process Server are stayed.
