Matter is fixed completion of pleadings, filing of
affidavit of admission/denial of the documents and framing of
issues. However, no one appeared on behalf of the defendant.
Affidavit of admission-denial filed by the defendant
of the documents filed by the plaintiff wherein defendant, except
Aadhar card of plaintiff and reply to legal notice, denied other
documents filed by the plaintiff.
Further, it is seen that no document has been filed
on behalf of defendant alongwith written statement.
The pleadings of the parties are complete. From the
pleadings of the parties, the following issues are framed :-
(i) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree for recovery
of Rs.6,50,000/- against defendant as prayed for? OPP
(ii) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to any interest ? If so, at
what rate of interest and for which period? OPP
(iii) Whether the plaintiff has no cause of action to file the
present suit?OPD

(iv) Whether the plaintiff has not approached the court with
clean hands and suppressed the material facts?OPD.
(v) Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for in the
pleadings nor onus of issues is objected to.
Put up this matter for PE on 19.12.2025. Affidavit
of evidence alongwith list of witnesses, if any, be filed within 15
days from today with advance copy of the same to the opposite
party at least 7 days prior to the NDOH.
