partners of JD no. 1 are residents of Uttar Pradesh and hence, this court
has no territorial jurisdiction to decide the present execution.
JD no. 1 is a partnership firm and is not a legal entity and has to
be served through JD no. 2 & 3 and therefore, the execution cannot be
proceeded even against JD no. 1. In view thereof, transfer certificate be
issued in favour of Ld. District & Sessions Judge, Noida, Gautam Budh
Nagar, UP and District Farukhabad, UP.
File be consigned after necessary compliance.
