Affidavit of admission-denial of documents is filed
on behalf of the defendant.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that defendant
has not filed any documents with WS, therefore, there is no
requirement to file affidavit of admission-denial of documents
on behalf of plaintiff.
The pleadings of the parties are complete. From the
pleadings of the parties, the following issues are framed :-
(i) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for decree of possession
as prayed for ? OPP
(ii) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for decree of permanent
injunction as prayed for? OPP
(iii) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for decree of damages
for a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- and mesne profit as prayed
for? OPP

(iv) Whether the plaintiff proves the suit property falls under
khasra no. 460, Village Ghazipur, Delhi ? OPP
(v) Whether the defendant proves the suit property falls

parties? OPD
(vii) Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for in the
pleadings nor onus of issues is disputed.
Put up this matter for PE on 01.04.2024. Affidavit of
evidence alongwith list of witnesses, if any, be filed within 15
days from today with advance copy of the same to the opposite
party at least 7 days prior to the NDOH.
