with Manager of the plaintiff bank.
Sh. Shubham Pandey, Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 4
along with defendant no. 4 in person.
Sh. Shubham Goyal, Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 5
along with defendant no. 5 in person.
Both defendants no. 4 and 5 have been arrayed in this
suit as they stood as guarantor for the ECLGS facility provided to
defendant no. 1 during covid pandemic, in which amount of
Rs.5,670.15/- was payable.
Both defendants no. 4 and 5 submits that they are ready
to pay the said amount. The said amount of Rs.5670.15/- has been
paid in cash by defendants no. 4 and 5 in cash to the manager of the
plaintiff bank, who is present in the Court.
Defendants no. 4 and 5 were guarantors only with
respect to the ECLGS facility provided to defendant no. 1 during
covid period. Now, as they have paid the due amount of said ECLGS
facility today, nothing remains due and recoverable against defendants
no. 4 and 5. Names of defendants no. 4 and 5 are accordingly deleted
from the array of parties.
Plaintiff shall file amended memo of parties before the
next date of hearing.
Re-notify on 21.04.2025.
