The pleadings of the parties are complete. From the
pleadings of the parties, the following issues are framed :-
(i) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree for recovery
of Rs.19,22,855/- against defendants as prayed for?

(ii) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to any interest ? If so, at
what rate of interest and for which period? OPP
(iii) Whether the court has no territorial jurisdiction to
entertain and try the present suit? OPD
(iv) Whether the suit of the plaintiff is liable to be dismissed
under Order VII Rule 11 CPC for lacking cause of
action? OPD

(v) Whether the suit is bad for mis-joinder for defendant
no.3? OPD3
(vi) Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for in the
pleadings nor onus of issues is objected to.
Put up this matter for PE on 22.01.2024. Affidavit of
evidence alongwith list of witnesses, if any, be filed within 15
days from today with advance copy of the same to the opposite
party at least 7 days prior to the NDOH.
