and requested that delay in filing WS may be condoned.
In view of the submissions of Ld. Counsels for the defendant no. 1,
2 and 3, delay is condoned in filing of written statements on behalf of defendant
nos. 1, 2 and 3. Written statements filed on behalf of defendant nos. 1, 2 and 3 are
taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to file replication.
Let the same be filed within four weeks with advance copy to the
opposite party.
Put up for filing of replication, completion of pleading, admission-
