application and the fact that the proceedings of present petition
are at initial stage, the application is disposed of as allowed. Let
Sh. Arun Kumar Amrish be impleaded in the present petition as
respondent no. 3.
Amended memo of parties already on record.
Issue citation of the petition to the general public
through State by way of publication in the English Newspaper
(The Statesmen) Hindi Newspaper (Virat Vaibhav) as suggested
by counsel for the petitioner and notice to the respondents on
filing of PF/RC/Copies and through all acceptable modes of
services. Publication expenses to be deposited directly to the
newspaper agency.
Steps be taken within one week from today.
