09.05.2023 has been filed on behalf of appellant. It is stated that
vide order dated 09.05.2023, the appellant was directed to
deposit 40% of fine/compensation, as directed in impugned order
dated 24.03.2023, in the form of an FDR with auto renewal mode
in the name of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge (East). It
is stated in the application that the appellant was informed by his
bank that FDR can be drawn only in the name of holder of
account and not in another name.
On furnishing complete details of the bank, let Manager
of the concerned bank be summoned for the NDOH.
