the civil liability with the complainant company for an amount of
Rs.40,000/- which shall be paid by him on or before 30.06.2026.
AR of the complainant submits that he has no objection
if accused settles the present matter subject to payment
mentioned above. Statement of accused is recorded separately.
In terms of settlement, the matter qua the civil liability
in respect of the impugned bill stands settled.
Now matter be listed on 09.07.2026 for report of
payment and consideration of notice.
As requested, accused is permitted to deposit
settlement amount by way of cash/cheque/DD/Debit/Credit Card.
A copy of this order be given dasti.
