Case file is taken up today on the application filed on behalf of
applicant/accused Mehtab for issuance of NOC.

Sh. L.K. Tyagi, Ld. Counsel for applicant.
Ld. Counsel for applicant submits that passport of the
applicant has already expired and NOC is required for its renewal. It is
further submitted that one another FIR bearing No.379/2025 U/s 135
of Electricity is also pending as per clarifications sought by Regional
Passport Office. It is further submitted that applicant was not aware
about the pendency of the said FIR No.465/2025 as the charge-sheet
has not been filed yet and applicant came to know about the said FIR
only when the clarifications are sought by Passport Authority.
Heard. Perused.
In view of same, this Court has no objection only in respect
of the present case (1) FIR No.379/2025, SC No.965/2025, PS
Welcome, U/s 135 of Electricity Act titled as State (BSES) vs Shanu
@ Shane Aalam & Anr and (2) FIR No.465/2025 U/s 135 of
Electricity Act, PS Welcome.
Copy of order be given dasti to the applicant.
Matter be taken up on 27.11.2026, the date already fixed.
