As per the report received regarding the death
verification of Smt. Rajrani. Same could not be verified though at
the same time it is submitted that the daughter of Smt. Rajrani has
submitted that she had expired in Oman. Today, she has to provide
death certificate but despite calls she is not present. In these
circumstances, part submissions heard. In the interest of justice
and at request, put up for completion of submissions as well as
awaiting the death certificate on 25.05.2026. Shortest available
date is being given. This is a special court dealing with the NDPS
Cases as well as SC/ST cases of the East District alongwith all the
other Specialized Acts viz Disability Act et-cetera. It also needs to
be noted that vide circular bearing number
4785-4793/Judl/East/KKD/2026, dated 27.02.2026 and circular
bearing number 4809-4812/Judl/East/KKD/2026, dated
28.02.2026 the fresh 46 number of Sessions Triable Cases have
been received by way of transfer totaling the pendency of this
court as 560.
