By virtue of the instant application, the applicant is
seeking rectification in the bottom line/footer of the order/
judgment dated 19.10.2024 wherein PC No.18/22 has been
mentioned instead of PC No.31/23.
In view thereof, the instant application is disposed
of as allowed. Accordingly, the order/ judgment dated 19.10.2024
stands rectified to this effect. Let the PC No.18/22 be read as PC
No.31/23 in the said judgment. The remaining portion of the said
judgment shall remain same.
