Ashwani Tomar In connection with FIR No.318/2012 PS (Mayur Vihar) 01.10.2026 File taken up today as an application for cancellation of NBWs is made by accused Ashwani. Present: Ld. Substitute Addl. PP for the State. Sh. Rohit, Proxy Counsel for main Counsel Sh. Arvind Kumar, for accused Ashwani. It appears that an exemption application was to be filed on behalf of the accused by his counsel on 15.09.2026 but the same could not be filed in time as on that day multiple matters of the counsel for accused were listed in different courts. Record reveals that the counsel for the applicant did appear before this court in the post lunch session and filed an exemption application, however, the application was dismissed as the reason canvassed in the same did not find favour with this court. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present application for cancellation of NBWs is hereby kept in abeyance and the same shall be decided on the date fixed i.e. 28.10.2026. However, in the meantime, the Ahlmad is directed not to issue NBWs against accused Ashwani. No further opportunity shall be afforded to the applicant to appear before this court.
