It is submitted by the wife of the plaintiff that she
requires sometime for the engagement of a new Ld. Counsel,
therefore, she sought an adjournment today.
Perusal of record transpires that on 13.03.2026,
defendant No. 2 sought an opportunity to file written statement,
however, the same has not been filed till today.
Accordingly, this Court is granting an absolute last
and final opportunity to the defendant No. 2 to file written statement
alongwith an appropriate application, seeking condonation of delay
in filing the same, with direction that the same be filed in Court with
supply of advance copy to the opposite side at least 15 days prior to
the next date of hearing, failing which opportunity to file the written
statement on behalf of defendant No. 2 shall stand closed.
As such, be listed for further proceedings on
16.09.2026.
Date is given as per the choice and convenience of the
parties.
