After LDOH, compliance affidavit under Order XXXIX Rule 3
CPC filed on behalf of the plaintiff.
Written statement alongwith reply to the application under Order
XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC as well as application under Order XXVI Rule 9 r/w
Section 75 and 151 CPC has already filed on behalf of the defendant. Written
statement filed on behalf of the defendant is taken on record.
Put up for filing of replication, admission-denial of documents and
framing of issues as well as arguments on the aforesaid application on
04.12.2024.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits plaintiff be also
directed to maintain status quo regarding possession of the suit property till the
NDOH.
Vide order dated 15.10.2024, parties to the suit has already been
directed to maintain status quo regarding title and possession of the suit property
and that interim order dated 15.10.2024 to continue till NDOH.
