Present is a suit for recovery in respect of two facilities availed by the defendants. The plaint is signed on every page and is accompanied with a statement of truth and NSR. Issue summons for settlement of issues to the defendants on the addresses, by all modes including authorized courier and SP/AD on filing of PF within a week for 19.01.2026. At request of Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff, the date is changed to 22.01.2026. Mobile numbers of defendants no.2 and 3 are mentioned in the memo of the parites. Email IDs of the defendants be furnished by way of an affidavit. Plaintiff shall forward soft copies of the plaint, documents etc. to the email ID of the court.
