An application has been filed on behalf of defendant no.3
seeking permission to furnish the address of defendant no.1. The Ld.
Counsel for the plaintiff has no objection if the said address is taken
on record. The said address of defendant no.1 is taken on record as
furnished by defendant no.3. The application stands disposed off.
Two applications have been filed on behalf of the
plaintiff, one is for substitution of proposed AR. By way of the said
application, Sh. Ajeet Singh is sought to be brought on record as AR
of the plaintiff. The copy of authority in his favour has been annexed
therewith. The application stands allowed. Sh. Ajeet Singh is brought
on record as AR of the plaintiff.
The second application is under Order 5 Rule 20 CPC
seeking that defendants no.1 and 2 be served through publication. It is
stated that the given addresses are the last known addresses of the
defendants no.1 and 2.

In view of the fact that fresh address of defendant no.1
has been furnished today though by defendant no.3, let summons for
settlement of issues be issued to the defendant no.1 on the address
furnished today, by all modes including authorized courier and SP/AD
on filing of PF within a week for next date of hearing.
At the same time, both the defendants no.1 and 2 be also
got served through publication in the newspapers Veer Arjun and
Punjab Kesari, both UP Edition, for 07.01.2027. Ld. Counsel for
plaintiff is directed to deposit necessary charges and file PF within a
week. The application is disposed off accordingly.
