Present: Sh. Chaudhary Ravindra Kumar, Ld. Proxy Counsel for
the plaintiff.

As per report of process server, it is reported that
defendants no.1 & 2 have ‘left’ the 1st address. Summons issued to
them through process server at the 2nd address have not been received
back. Summons sent through SP/AD for both the defendants at
address no.1 have been received back with the report of ‘left’ and in
respect of 2nd address with the report of ‘no such person’. Defendant
no.3 has been served through process server at 2nd address through his
uncle on 12.12.2025. It is reported that there is no such person at the
1st address by the process server. SP/AD issued to defendant no.3 are
not received back. E-mail IDs were not furnished for either of the
defendant.
Written statement duly signed on every page
accompanied with a statement of truth, an affidavit of admission and
denial of plaintiff’s documents and documents have been e-filed on
behalf of the defendant no.3 on 12.01.2026. Statement of truth

contains blank. Fresh statement of truth be filed. Copy of the written
statement has been supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
At this stage, Sh. Paras Aggarwal, Ld. Counsel for the
plaintiff has appeared. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to take
instructions in respect of defendants no.1 & 2. Matter be listed for
further proceedings on 02.04.2026.
