This is an appeal under Section 96 r/w Order XLI of CPC
against the order dated 22.08.2026 passed by the court of Dr. Saema
Jain, Ld. JSCC-cum-ASCJ-cum-Guardian Judge, East District, KKD
Courts, Delhi in a civil suit no. 165/2024, titled Jubeda Khatoon &
Others Vs. Nawabuddin & Others., whereby the plaint has been
rejected under Order VII Rule 11 (a) CPC.
On filing of PF & RC by the appellant, issue notice of the
appeal to the respondents through all or any of the approved modes
including ordinary process, registered speed post, approved courier
and/or e-modes (Whatsapp/email) on filing of PF within a week
returnable for 10.12.2026.
Registered post and courier be given dasti. Internet generated
tracking report and affidavit of service through e-modes be filed.
In the meanwhile, Trial Court record be summoned the date
fixed.
