Heard. File perused. On the basis of pleadings and
supporting documents, following issues are framed:-
1) Whether the petitioner Sher Singh suffered grievous
injuries in a motor vehicular accident happened on
19.08.2023 at 04:45 P.M. in front of PKT D-1, near
mother dairy Old Kondli, Delhi, within the jurisdiction of
PS New Ashok Nagar, due to rash and negligent driving of
bus bearing registration No. DL-7ER-4615, driven by
respondent No.1/ Dinesh Kumar? (OPP)
2) Whether the petitioner is entitled to compensation
on account of said injuries and if yes, to what extent and
from whom? (OPP)
3) Relief?
List of witnesses be filed within two weeks. Steps be
taken for summoning of the witnesses within two weeks. Copy of the
affidavits be supplied in advance to counsel for the respondents against
acknowledgment in writing.
