defendant no. 1. Since right of defendant no. 1 to file WS has already
been closed vide order dated 23.01.2025, same is not taken on record.
Joint WS filed on behalf of the defendants no. 2 (a) to 2
(c). Copy already supplied. However, as per record, right of
defendant no. 2 (a) to file WS already closed vide order dated
23.01.2025 and stipulated period for filing WS also expired on behalf
of defendants no. 2 (b) and (c).
Since there is no application seeking condonation of
delay in filing of WS on behalf of defendants no. 2(b) and (c) and no
recalling of order dated 23.01.2025 is sought on behalf of the
defendant no. 2 (a), WS filed on behalf of defendants no. 2 (a) to (c)
not taken on record.
