In view thereof, the right of defendant no.1 to file
the WS is hereby closed.
Defendant no.2 (a) served 04.11.2024. However,
no WS has been filed till date. The statutory period for filing
the same already expired.
In view thereof, the right of defendant no.2 (a) to
file the WS is also hereby closed.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff filed the tracking report

in respect of service of the defendants. The same is taken on
record.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff seeks some time to file
the affidavit of service in this regard. Let the same be filed on
or before the next date of hearing.

Counsel for plaintiff.
