Fresh vakalatnama is filed on behalf of the LRs of
defendant no. 2 and for defendants no. 3 and 4. Same is taken on
record.
Perusal of the record shows that wife of late Sh. Sita
Ram has not been impleaded in the present suit though his
children have been impleaded as defendants no. 2(a) to 2(d) in
the present partition suit.
Ld. counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to take
corrective steps in the matter by moving appropriate application.
Let the same be filed with advance copy to defendants.

Dheeraj Pant is not picking up his call.
Incharge Nazarat Branch is directed to apprise the
court about non filing of the report by the Process Server on the
NDOH.
In the meantime, court notice be issued to Process
Server/ Sh. Dheeraj Pant for NDOH to provide explanation for
non filing of the report regarding summons issued to defendant
no. 1 to 4 vide order dated 27.09.2024.
