Time is sought on behalf of the plaintiff for filing of
reply to the application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC of defendant
no. 3 and 4 and reply to the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC
of defendant no. 6.
Further, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to
take steps for moving an appropriate application for substituted
service to defendant no. 1 and 2.
Let fresh summons be issued to defendant no. 5 on
filing of PF/RC, speed post, approved courier and through all
acceptable modes of service, returnable for 13.07.2026. Steps be
taken within 07 working days.
