Separate replications qua written statements of
defendant nos.1 and 2 along-with suit of plaintiff in the form of
affidavit and affidavit of admission-denial of documents in
respect of documents filed by defendant no.1 already filed on
behalf of the plaintiff on 12.03.2025. The same are taken on
record. Copy supplied.
Two more applications one U/O XXXIX Rule 10
CPC and another U/O XII Rule 6 CPC already filed on behalf of
the plaintiff. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff undertakes to supply copy
of aforesaid two applications to the defendants. The same are
taken on record.
Let reply to the aforesaid applications be filed on or
before the next date of hearing with advance copy to Ld. Counsel
for plaintiff.
Three applications U/O I Rule 10 CPC, U/O VII

Rule 11 CPC and U/s 33 (2b) of Indian Stamp Act, 1899 already
filed on behalf of the defendant no.1 on 11.03.2025. The same
are taken on record. Copy supplied.
Let reply to the aforesaid applications be filed on
behalf of the plaintiff within four weeks from today with advance
copy to Ld. Counsel for defendant no.1.
Defendant no.2 seeks some time to file hard copy of
WS as well as to engage a new counsel. Let hard copy of the
same be filed within four weeks from today.
At this stage, defendant no.2 is apprised about the
Delhi State Legal Services Authority to engage a Legal Aid
Counsel in the present matter.
Affidavit of admission-denial of documents not filed
on behalf of both the defendants.
A cost of Rs.1,000/- each is imposed upon both the
defendants for non-compliance of directions of this Court to be
deposited in DLSA, East, KKD.
At request, put up on 05.06.2025 for completion of
pleadings/ framing of issues/ affidavits of admission-denial of
documents of defendants.
