7 to be served through the concerned Ld. District & Sessions
Judge) subject to filing of Original Will/PF/Speed Post/Copies
and through all acceptable modes of services, by way of
publication in the 'English' National Newspaper (Statesman) and
in the 'Hindi' Newspaper (Veer Arjun) as suggested by counsel
for the petitioner on filing of PF and publication expenses to be
