As per report, respondent Sunita has gone to some unknown place and her whereabouts are not known. Ld. LAC for revisionist requests that dasti summons may be provided to him to service respondent Sunita. He further submits that he intends to advance argument physically on the next date of hearing. It is revealed from the memo of parties that SHO concerned, DCP/East and ACP Kalyanpuri have also been made party in the present revision petition. Ld. LAC submits that he shall delete the aforesaid officers from the array of parties as the State has already been made as main party. Amended memo of parties be filed on or before the next date of hearing. As requested by Ld. LAC, dasti summons be issued against the respondent Sunita on filing PF for the next date.
