that copy of the revision petition has not been supplied to the
respondents.
On the last date of hearing, it was observed that the Ld.
Counsel for revisionist should file the amended memo of parties
to delete R14 and R16 from the array of the parties. He submits
that he shall file the amended memo of parties within one week
from today.
Respondent no.5 and 8 in person. They submit that
they shall appear along with their counsel on the next date of
hearing.
Copy of the revision petition along with its annexure
be also supplied to R5 and R8 through electronic means.
Notice of this revision petition be issued to the
respondent no.13 on filing PF for the next date.
