It has been submitted by the Ld. counsel for the
appellant that present address of respondent has not been
furnished till date.
Upon request of Ld. counsel for the respondent, one
more opportunity is given to the respondent to file his present
address by way of an affidavit within a week from today. Copy
of the same shall be supplied to the opposite party. Amended
memo of parties shall be filed thereafter.
It has been submitted by Ld. counsel for respondent
that a connected appeal is pending adjudication before the court
of Ms. Shuchi Laler, Ld. DJ-02, East District, Karkardooma
Courts, Delhi and respondent has filed a Transfer Petition before
Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge (East) so that both the
connected matters can be heard together either by this court or by
the court of Ms. Shuchi Laler, DJ-02. He further submits that
NDOH in Transfer Petition before Ld. Principal District &
Sessions Judge (East) is 16.02.2026.
Put up for reply and arguments on present appliation
