However, Ld. Counsel for the respondent appears
and submits that vakalatnama on behalf of respondent shall be
filed during the course of the day. Ld. Counsel for the
respondent further submits that copy of appeal be supplied to
him.
Appellant submits that his counsel is not available
today and he is not in possession of copy of appeal.
In view of this, copy of appeal has been supplied to
Ld. Counsel for the respondent from the returned envelop lying
on the judicial file.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent submits that address
of respondent has changed.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent is directed to supply
the fresh address of respondent to the appellant

memo of parties.
