Notice of execution petition has been served upon
JD no. 1 and 3 before the court of Sh. Harvinder Singh, Ld. ASJ
(FTC), Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 28.10.2025 by
Ld. proxy counsel.
JD no. 2 remained served as he did not appear
before the aforesaid court nor he has made the payment to the
DH.
Ld. counsel for DH requests for issuance of warrants
of arrest against JD no. 3.
Let warrants of arrest be issued against JD no. 3/ Sh.
Pradeep Sachdeva on filing of the PF to be executed through
SHO concerned on deposit of subsistence allowance by DH,
returnable on NDOH.
Put up for filing of report by concerned SHO on the
warrants of arrest against JD no. 3/ further proceedings on
28.11.2025.
Ld. Counsel for DH is directed to file the latest
statement of outstanding amount. DH shall also file an affidavit
alongwith PF that there is no stay from the Higher Court on the
present execution proceedings.
