Ld. counsel for DH submits that DH has traced the
fresh address of JD no. 3 and he shall file amended memo of
parties alongwith an appropriate application.
Ld. counsel for the JD no. 2 submits that he shall
file his vakalatnama during the course of the day.
Ld. counsel for the DH and JD no. 2 submits that
DH and JD no. 2 have arrived at out of court settlement in
respect of liability of JD no. 2 and settled the matter for an
amount of Rs. 9,00,000/- which is to be paid in installments of
Rs. 25,000/- per month. Ld. counsel for the DH submits that as
per settlement, DH has received the installments till November,
2025. However, installment for month of December, 2025 has
not been received from JD no. 2
DH and JD no. 2 are directed to file the settlement
entered into between DH and JD no. 2 on NDOH. Further, DH
and JD no. 2 are directed to be present in person for recording of
their statement.
