Vakalatnama has not been filed on behalf of the JD
no. 2 despite directions. Vakalatnama on behalf of JD no. 2 is to
be filed within 07 days, failing which, JD no. 2 shall be burdened
with a heavy cost.
Ld. counsel for the DH submits that steps regarding
filing of fresh address of JD no. 3 could not be taken due to ill
health of DH and requests for one more opportunity.
Last and final opportunity to the DH to file fresh
address of JD no. 3 amended memo of parties.
Ld. counsel for the DH submits that DH has
received the installment for the month of December, 2025 from
the JD no. 2 only yesterday.
Ld. counsel for the DH has filed on record copy of
MoU cum settlement dated 15.01.2025 executed between DH
and JD no. 2.
Ld. proxy counsel for the JD no. 2 submits that JD
no. 2 could not appear today as he is not well and he shall appear
before the court on NDOH. JD no. 2 is directed to file his
medical documents on NDOH.

NDOH.
Put up for appearance of JD no. 2 / taking steps by
DH regarding filing of fresh address of JD no. 3/ further
proceedings on 11.02.2026.
