Copy of complaint filed by the defendant nos.1 and 2
against their previous counsel before the Bar Council of Delhi
along-with certain documents filed. The same are taken on record.

Rule 1 CPC as well as Order XVIII Rule 17 CPC.
During the course of arguments, Ld. counsel for
defendant nos.1 and 2 submits that it is the case of the plaintiff that
he had purchased the suit property from defendant nos.3 and 4 and
defendant nos.3 and 4 purchased the same from the defendant no.2.
Moreover, there is no conveyance deeds and sale deeds in respect of
the said transaction and plaintiff is claiming his right over the suit
property by way of GPA, agreement to sell, affidavit, receipt etc. In
view thereof, the present suit is not maintainable.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff seeks some time to address
arguments on maintainability of the present suit as well as to file
certain citations in support of his contentions.
At request, put up for arguments on maintainability of
the present suit/ remaining arguments on aforesaid applications on
27.10.2026.
