Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that even though copy of
written statement of defendant no.1 and application under Order 7 Rule
11 r/w section 151 of CPC was supplied to his clerk, same is not
available with him since the clerk has left his office.
At his request, Ld. Counsel for defendant no.1 has agreed to
provide soft copy of the same to him.
Let the same be done within 2 weeks from today.
