This is an application under section 483 of BNSS for grant of interim bail
for the period of 60 days filed on behalf of applicant/accused namely Aman
Sehal.
Present: Sh. Ramesh Bajiya, Ld. Addl. Public Prosecutor for the
state.
Sh. Aditya Aggarwal, Ld. Counsel for the
applicant/accused.
IO is not present.
IO filed a request seeking supply of medical documents
stating that he has not received the medical documents of the applicant for
verification of the same. It is further stated that today he is not able to
appear before the court due to ongoing arrangement and security duties in
connection with Independence Day 2026.
At this stage, counsel for the accused submits that he will
supply the soft copy as well as hard copy to the Learned Addl. PP for the
state during the course of day for supplying the same to the IO. It is further
submitted that he has not received the copy of FIR. It is prayed that copy
of FIR may be provided to him.
Heard.
Let the IO be called for the next date of hearing alongwith
reply. Put up for addressing the arguments on 18.08.2026.
