Even otherwise, on the basis of allegation as contained
in the complaint coupled with the evidence and material collected
during investigation of this case, prima facie, there is sufficient
ground to frame notice for the offence punishable U/s 135 of the
Electricity Act, 2003 against the accused Shahrukh. Accordingly,
notice is framed, to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Again, despite repeated calls, accused Dilip Kumar and
Akram have not appeared. Therefore, it appears that the accused
Dilip Kumar and Akram are deliberately trying to evade their
appearance. Hence, BWs in the sum of Rs. 5,000/-each be issued
against the accused Dilip Kumar and Akram through SHO PS
concerned for NDOH.
