On the last date of hearing i.e. 28.01.2026, summons
were issued to the Branch Incharge, Nazarat Branch to appear in
person on the next date i.e. today with regard to the report of service
of defendant through e-mail for the last date of hearing
Brach Incharge, Nazarat Branch has appeared and filed
his report. Taken on record.
Branch Inchage, Nazarat Branch is discharged.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that one more
opportunity may be granted to the plaintiff to get the defendant served.
Issue summons of the present suit upon the defendant on
filing of PF. The plaintiff/any authorised person on behalf of the
plaintiff is allowed to accompany the process server.
In case of non-availability of the defendant(s)/evasion,
the defendant(s) be served by way of affixation. The process of
affixation shall be got photographed at the cost of the plaintiff. The
photographs shall be handed over by the plaintiff to the process server,
for being filed alongwith the report.
