Amendment application u/o 6 Rule 17 CPC
alongwith amendment plaint, documents, list of documents,
list of witnesses and certificate u/s 63 BSA filed by counsel for
plaintiff.
Application perused. Arguments heard.
Counsel for plaintiff has submitted that application
has been moved in order to clarify territorial jurisdiction of
this court in terms of observations of this court on last date of
hearing.
In view of submissions made by counsel for
plaintiff, court record and in view of the fact that matter is at
preliminary stage, without commenting on merits, I deem it
appropriate to allow amendment application filed by plaintiff
which is accordingly allowed. Amended plaint is taken on
record.
Counsel for plaintiff has submitted that plaintiff
may file fresh certificate u/s 63 of BSA on or before NDOH.
Heard.
Issue summons of the suit to defendant on filing of
appropriate PF/registered AD/authorized courier/WhatsApp/e-
mail for 24.11.2025.

Plaintiff is directed to supply PDF of plaint and
annexed documents to Ahlmad of the court for sending of
summons through WhatsApp and e-mail.
