An application is moved on behalf of applicant seeking
direction to IO regarding status of DAR.
DAR is supposed to be filed within 90 days from the
date of accident and the same has not lapsed till date. There is
nothing brought on record to suggest any lapse or delay on the part of
IO. Applicant/petitioner is directed to cooperate with IO. There is no
ground for calling any status report and no provision for the same
either as stipulated under MV Act.
Hence, application stands dismissed.
