Ld. Counsel for the DH submits that today DH has
received Rs.3,75,000/- in cash from the JDs with regard to the
decretal dues. He further submits that the present execution
petition has been satisfied and nothing is due against the JDs and
requests that the present execution petition may be disposed of as
satisfied.
Separate statement of the DH has been recorded to
this effect. In view thereof, the present execution petition stands
disposed off as satisfied. File be consigned to record room.

JDs no. 2 and 3 offer to handover post dated cheque
of 10.02.2026 bearing no. 625980 amounting to Rs. 3,75,000/- to
the DH. However, DH refused to accept the same stating that as
per mediation settlement dated 28.08.2024, JDs were supposed to
make payment of Rs. 3,75,000/- to the DH within 06 months
from 13.09.2024.
JDs no. 2 and 3 seeks time of two months to make
the payment of entire amount of Rs. 3,75,000/- lakh to the DH.
JDs are directed to make payment of Rs. 3,75,000/-
alongwith interest to the DH before the NDOH, failing which
coercive steps shall be taken.
