execution petition was directed to be issued upon the JD.
As per record, the process issued to the JD no. 1 and
JD no. 8 received back unserved with the report ‘premises found
locked’, whereas, process issued to the JD no. 3(a) received back
served on 21.08.2026. However, the process issued to JD nos. 2
to 7 not received back. Be awaited.
Ld. Counsel for the DH seeks an opportunity to
accompany the process server regarding the service of JD no. 1
and 8.

Let notice of the present execution petition be issued
to the JD Nos. 1 and 8 on filing of PF within 3 days from today.
The DH/any authorised person on behalf of the DH
is allowed to accompany the process server.
