appropriate application for impleadment of Goggle LLC as
defendant in the matter in place of Goggle India.
Ld. Counsel for Google LLC submits that he has
received copy of plaint but he has not received the annexures
alongwith plaint.
Ld. Proxy counsel for the defendant no. 1 submits
that written statement on behalf of the defendant no.1 has been
filed through e-filing portal.
Ld. Proxy counsel for the defendant no. 1 is directed
to file physical copy of written statement and supply the same to
the plaintiff.
