defendant no. 3 has been served on wrong address and defendant
no. 3 has its registered office at B1/B, Ramnath Goenka Marg,
Sector-10, Noida, U.P. 201301 and its email address is
sahil.adv@expressindia.com. He has also provided the said
address and e-mail address to Ld. counsel for the plaintiff.
Ld. counsel for the defendants submits that they
have not been supplied with copy of amended plaint. Let the
same be supplied to the defendants against proper receipt.

Upon supply of amended plaint to the defendants,
let Written Statement be filed within stipulated time with
advance copy to opposite party.
Upon filing of amended memo of parties by the
plaintiff, let fresh summons be issued to defendant no. 3/ The
Indian Express on filing of PF/RC, speed post, approved courier
and through all acceptable modes of service as well as through
electronic mode (Whatsapp) on the mobile number and e-mail
address of the defendant no. 3, returnable on NDOH. Steps be
taken within 07 working days.
