defendant no. 3.
Today, reply to application of defendant no. 3 under
Order VII Rule 11 CPC has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff.
Advance copy of the same has already been supplied.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 3 submits that he may
be permitted to file rejoinder to the aforesaid reply of the
plaintiff. Let the same be filed with advance copy to opposite
party.
Reply to application under Order VI Rule 17 r/w
Section 151 CPC has already been filed on behalf of defendants
no. 3 and 4.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 1 submits that reply to
application under Order VI Rule 17 r/w Section 151 CPC shall be
filed during the course of the day. Last and final opportunity is
