plaintiff. Copy supplied.
Steps regarding service of defendant no. 3 not taken
by the plaintiff. However, Ld. counsel for defendant no. 3 is
present today in the court and he is accepting the summons on
behalf of defendant no. 3
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 3 submits that
defendant no. 3 has not received the complete set of plaint
alongwith annexures. Same is supplied to him today by Ld.
counsel for the plaintiff.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 3 submits that he shall
file his vakalatnama on or before the NDOH.

Ld. counsel for defendants no. 1 and 2 submit that
they have already received the copy of plaint alongwith
annexures.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 4 submits that
defendant no. 4 has not received the copy of plaint alongwith
annexures. Copy supplied today.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 2 submits that entity
responsible for service on Google Search is Google LLC. He
further submits that he has supplied all the details of Google LLC
including e-mail and in case notice is sent to Google LLC on e-
mail, counsel shall appear on NDOH on behalf of Google LLC.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff seeks time to move
appropriate application to implead Google LLC as defendant in
the present matter.
Let Written Statement be filed within stipulated time
with advance copy to opposite party.
Put up for filing of written statement on 17.03.2025.
