An application u/O VI Rule 17 CPC along-with
amended plaint filed on behalf of the plaintiff. Copy to be
supplied.
Ms. Bipasha Sinha, AR of defendant no.4 submits
that impugned content which has been objected by the plaintiff
has been removed from the website of Telegraph Online i.e.
www.telegraphindia.com.
Ld. Counsel for defendant no.3 submits that in their
WS they have mentioned that impugned content including the
news report qua plaintiff has been removed from their website.
It is stated by the plaintiff that defamatory contents
from the websites defendant nos.2 & 3 and link of said
defamatory contents of defendant no.4 have already been

removed. The separate statement of plaintiff is recorded to this
effect.
In view of statements/ submissions of plaintiff, AR
of defendant no.4 and Ld. Counsel for defendant no.3 and
statement of Ld. Counsel for defendant no.2 on previous
hearings, the prayer of the plaintiff in application u/O XXXIX
Rule 1 & 2 r/w Section 151 CPC stands satisfied and
accordingly, application u/O XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 r/w Section 151
CPC stands disposed of.
